Heritage Court Heritage Court is part of an ongoing effort to preserve some of the turn of the 20th century history of Redondo Beach. Established in the late 1980s with Redondo Beach Historical Society and City Council approval, the original plan called for three turn of the century historic houses to be relocated to Dominguez Park in an area to be called Heritage Court. Today, two houses are located in Heritage Court with room for a third house if necessary.

The Society would like to keep the third pad, shown shaded, reserved for a future house. The shaded cross-shaped area represents the new rose garden between the third pad and the Morrell House.
