Article IV - Board of Directors

Section 2. Number of Directors

The Board of Ddirectors shall consist of not less than fifteen eleven nor more than twenty-one members.

Section 4. Term of Office of Board Members

The terms of Board of Members shall be three years; one-third One third to be elected each year. Any Board Member appointed or elected at a meeting other than the annual meeting shall serve out the regular term being filled. Board member Members may be elected to succeed themselves, for one term only. A person who has been elected to the board of Directors for two (2) consecutive three (3) year shall not be elected to serve again until one (1) year has elapsed between the end of their last term and the beginning of the current term for which they are nominated.

Section 9. Quorum

A simple majority of Eight (8) members entitled to vote shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business, this is to include at least two (2) elected officers.
